In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant third-party plaintiff Trans World Airlines, Inc., appeals from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Leviss, J.), dated March 28, 1989, as, after a ruling denying its application for leave to amend its third-party complaint, dismissed its cause of action *566for contractual indemnification against the third-party defendant Seelye Stevenson Valve & Knecht, Inc.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
