This appeal is a result of an order by the Circuit Court of Pike County modifying its original decree pertaining to the custody of the parties' three minor children.

Appellant (Billy Stewart) and appellee (Amyrillis "Amy" Stewart Grace) were divorced in May of 1975. The wife was awarded custody of the couple's three children: twin daughters named Ann and Nan, and their younger sister Betty Jo.
