KLINGEMAN, Justice.

This is a workmen’s compensation case arising out of an injury sustained by appellant, Lorenzo Q. Avila, on March 13,1974 in the course and scope of his employment with his employer, who carried workmen’s compensation insurance with appellee, United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company. The parties will be herein referred to as they were in the trial court. The parties stipulated that the only issues in conflict were those of producing cause and extent and duration of plaintiff’s disability.
