At issue in this proceeding is the reach of Fed.R.Bankr.P. 2019 1 as it applies to attorneys. The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (movant) has moved the court to determine that two law firms, Hogan & Hartson (H & H), and Schatz & Schatz, Ribicoff & Kotkin (S & S, R & K) (together “respondents”) who have jointly filed a Rule 2019 Statement (Statement), have failed to comply with all of the rule’s mandatory provisions.
