CARTER, Justice.

John Britten, executor of the estate of Lucy Britten, appeals from an order authorizing the conservator of Lucy Britten to make a payment of money from conserva-torship funds after the death of the ward. The payment in question was made to one of the deceased ward’s four children, Loretta Greiner. The appellant contends this order was erroneous because the authority of the conservator to act terminated upon the death of the ward. Based on the facts which are revealed from the record, we disagree with this contention and affirm the district court’s order.
