Response Time, Inc. and Steven Edwards a/k/a Steven E. Lansky (collectively Response Time) appeal the trial court’s judgment striking its pleadings, imposing $50,000 in attorney’s fees as additional sanctions, and awarding damages to Sterling Commerce (North America), Inc., Sydney Hicks, and Robert Martin Koser, III (collectively Sterling Commerce) on its misappropriation of trade secrets claim.
