*597Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine. On appeal, defendant assigns error to the trial court's denial of her motion to suppress evidence obtained after she was stopped for a traffic violation. During that stop, defendant failed to present a valid driver's license when requested, a Class C misdemeanor. ORS 807.570(1)(b)(A).
