Alejandro Mendez was indicted, tried by a jury and convicted of a violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act (trafficking in cocaine). He appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial. Held:

1. In his first enumeration of error, the appellant contends the trial court erred in denying his motion for directed verdict of acquittal. The cocaine was seized from an automobile which the appellant was driving on 1-75 in Whitfield County; Georgia.
