This was a bill in chancery filed in the circuit court of Champaign county by the plaintiff in error, against the defendant in error, to enjoin the defendant in error from closing up a stairway upon the premises of the defendant in error and a doorway in a partition wall between the premises of the plaintiff in error and the defendant in error, which afford access to the second story of the building located upon plaintiff in error’s adjoining premises.
