ORDER DENYING LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND DISMISSING PETITION FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

HAUK, District Judge.

Plaintiff comes before the Court seeking declaratory and injunctive relief from the supervision of the Board of Parole. However, he has failed to submit any facts in support of his petition other than the meager statement that he received a sentence of ten years and has been released under the mandatory release provision of 18 U.S.C. § 4163 (1948).
