Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Bruhn, J.), rendered August 25, 2000, convicting defendant upon his *826plea of guilty of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree.

Pursuant to the terms of a plea agreement, defendant entered a plea of guilty to the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree and, as part of the agreement, was sentenced to a prison term of six years to life.
