Robert Privett appeals from a judgment imposing a sentence of fifteen years' imprisonment for second degree murder. See State v. Privett, 344 Mo. 1020, 130 S.W.2d 575, for opinion on first appeal. He, Cleve Crow, Amiel Ring and Arnold Tucker were charged jointly with the murder of N.C. Teroy by beating him on the head at Skinner's night club on Highway 84, in Pemiscot County, Missouri.
