CAMERON, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction by a jury of fraudulently obtaining money by scheme or artifice in violation of A.R.S. § 13-320.01, * and a sentence thereon of not less than 4 nor more than 10 years in prison. The Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction and judgment in a memorandum decision. See Rule 48, Rules of the Supreme Court, 17A A.R.S. We granted defendant’s petition for review, A.R.S. § 12-120.24 and Rule 31.19, Rules of Criminal Procedure, 17 A.R.S., to consider only one question: Was it error to deny defendant’s motion for change of judge for cause…
