BEAM, Circuit Judge.
Micheál Quigley appeals his conviction of possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1982). We affirm.
l. Background
Quigley was stopped for speeding by Trooper William Ulvi of the Minnesota State Patrol at 7:55 a.m. on April 29, 1988. Quigley was travelling north on Interstate 35 in a rented Cadillac Seville. He was clocked at a speed of 71 m.p.h. in a 55 m.p.h. zone; and, Quigley was not wearing corrective lenses as his license required.
