This appeal is from a judgment in favor of petitioner, a non-profit association engaged in conducting a cemetery, in a proceeding in which it sought a writ of mandate commanding the respondents—Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles and its several members—to cancel assessments theretofore levied upon the property of petitioner used in conducting said cemetery, and also commanding the county counsel to consent thereto in writing.
