In addition to the provisions of the policy and the application set out in the majority opinion, I desire to call attention to the provision of 'the policy limiting to the general agent or superintendent of the Southern Farm Department, of Atlanta, Ga., alone, the power to waive or alter the terms and conditions of the policy.
