*800 Following a jury trial, Daniel Ray Patterson was found guilty of one count of aggravated child molestation and eight counts of child molestation. Patterson appeals the denial of his motion for new trial, as amended, arguing that his due process rights were violated during the State's cross-examination of a defense witness. Patterson also alleges that he received ineffective assistance of counsel and that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction on all counts of the indictment. For the reasons set forth in this opinion, we affirm.
