Before the court is plaintiff Hallmark Cards, Incorporated’s June 10, 1985 motion to disqualify the law firm of Rosen & Silverman as defense counsel for Hallmark Dodge, Incorporated on the grounds that that firm’s continued participation in this action violates Canons 4, 5, and 9 of the Code of Professional Responsibility incorporated in Missouri Supreme Court Rule 4 and adopted by the Western District pursuant to Local Rule 2D.
