¶ 1, John Edward Young Jr. (Young) was convicted of sexual battery of his uncle’s eleven-year-old stepdaughter, K.M. 1 On appeal, Young argues that the trial judge erred by declining to excuse a.prospective juror for cause, by allowing testimony that Young had stated that he had prior “felonies,” by precluding Young’s uncle from' testifying regarding unspecified past behavior of K.M., and by giving an erroneous jury instruction.
