OPINION

PRICE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for murder. Appellant was tried before a jury and found guilty of murder. After a punishment hearing, in which Officer R. J. Bay-lous of the Houston Police Department testified that appellant had a bad reputation for being a peaceful and law-abiding citizen, the jury assessed punishment at life imprisonment in the Texas Department of Corrections. Appellant asserts one ground of error. We affirm.
