Appeal from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court *1464(Joseph E. Fahey, J.), rendered March 9, 2007. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a nonjury verdict, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by reducing the period of postrelease supervision imposed for each count to a period of three years and as modified the judgment is affirmed.
