OPINION AND ORDER

ROBERT P. PATTERSON, Jr., District Judge.

Plaintiff commenced this action pro se under Section 205(g) and Section 1631(c)(3) of the Social Security Act (the “Act”), as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3) challenging a final determination of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the “Secretary”), which found that the amount of plaintiffs retirement insurance benefits had been properly computed by including plaintiff’s earnings for 1981 and 1984 in the proper amount.
