THIS CAUSE has come before the court upon the Plaintiffs Motion for Class Certification [EOF No. 4]. Plaintiff, Lauren Minniti, filed a Class Action Complaint [ECF No. 1] against John Hancock Financial Network, Inc., John Hancock Life & Health Insurance Company, John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A) (collectively referred to herein as “the John Hancock Defendants”), Christopher S.
