Reinhard, J. —
This is an action by the appellant against the appellee for the possession of two lots in the city of Jeffersonville, of which the appellant is the owner, and the appellee a tenant. The merits of the controversy can best be determined by considering the evidence and ascertaining its sufficiency or insufficiency to support the verdict.
