OPINION
BRADFORD, Judge.
Appellant/Plaintiff Grabill Cabinet Company appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Appel-lee/Defendant Debra Sullivan. We reverse and remand with instructions.
FACTS
Sullivan is a former manager and member of Kitchens, Baths, & More, LLC ("KBM"), a Florida company. On May 18, 2006, KBM submitted a credit application to Grabill, which application listed Sullivan as president and accounts payable contact for KBM.
