delivered the Opinion of the Court.

Plaintiff administratrix, Mary Y. Elkins, brought this action to recover damages for the wrongful death of Harold G-. White. Defendant Husky Oil Company moved for summary judgment, the motion was granted and judgment entered for the defendant. This appeal followed.

The record discloses that decedent, his wife and their four children, were traveling east through Montana in a pickup camper, and having a Richfield credit card honored at Husky stations they stopped at Parker’s Husky Station at Laurel, Montana. The station was…
