The above entitled cause is a bill in equity asking for a construction of certain provisions of the will of William H. Bridgham late of East Providence, deceased, and for instructions to the complainant, as executor of said will. Said cause, being ready for hearing for final decree, has been in accordance with the statute certified by the Superior Court to this court for determination.

Said will was executed April 28, 1906. The testator died July 29, 1916. Said will was duly admitted to probate in the town of East Providence. By the first article of the will the testator provides for the place…
