Justice WALLER:

We granted a writ of certiorari to review the Court of Appeals’ opinion in State v. Miller, 342 S.C. 191, 535 S.E.2d 652 (Ct.App.2000).1 We affirm in result.

FACTS

This case arose out of a single State Grand Jury (SGJ) prosecution involving numerous co-defendants. Essentially, the state’s ease involved a conspiracy to traffic cocaine in the upstate between 1990-1996. Each time police made an arrest, they would seek cooperation from the arrestee and arrange controlled buys from other members of the conspiracy.
