In this diversity action plaintiff, Harold Glantz, seeks compensatory and punitive damages from the defendants, Cook United, Inc. (“Cook”) and the members of Cook’s Board of Directors, for injuries sustained by reason of the defendants’ publication of allegedly libelous statements.
