• Appellees imported bicycles of wheel diameter over twenty-five inches, weighing less than 36 pounds, and not designed for use with tires having a cross-sectional diameter exceeding one and five-eighths inches, which the Customs Collector classified under paragraph 371 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as modified.
