McHUGH, Justice:

In this action, the appellants, Dwayne and Tuesday B., appeal from the final order of the Circuit Court of Mingo County, West Virginia, which held that the appellants’ daughter, Darla B., was an abused child, and terminated the parental rights of the appellants. The infant was committed to the permanent guardianship of the West Virginia Department of Human Services.
