ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This adversary proceeding is before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment. In his complaint, Plaintiff seeks a determination that his worker’s compensation claim is nondisehargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I). Upon consideration of the motions and the record, the Court concludes that Defendant-Debtor’s motion should be granted and Plaintiffs motion should be denied.
