This appeal and cross-appeal involve a decree determining the. boundaries of a tract, of land, 100 feet by 200 feet, conveyed, to appellants’ grantors by appellee and her husband' E. H. Windland, who died in 1966. Appellee is the owner of, and resides upon, the remainder of a 9M-acre tract in the NWX SEM of Section 34, T 17 N, R 5 E, in Greene County from which the Windlands conveyed a lot to Hayden and Nora Carter by deed dated July 7, 1956.
