This matter is presently before the court on Plaintiff Charles King’s Motion to Remand to State Court (Dkt. No. 5). Defendant Flinn & Dreffein Engineering Co. filed a Memorandum in Opposition to Plaintiffs Motion to Remand (Dkt. No. 8).
