NORTHCUTT, Justice.

This is an action brought by Manuel Hernandez by and through his next friend, Ofelia Bird, as plaintiff, against Earl Watson, as defendant, to recover actual dam ages and exemplary damages because of the wrongful conversion by defendant of an automobile belonging to the plaintiff. The trouble arose over the possession of an automobile. This suit was brought in Castro County, Texas.
