MEMORANDUM OPINION, ORDER, AND JUDGMENT
ROLAND J. BRUMBAUGH, Bankruptcy Judge.
Plaintiffs seek money damages from Debtor under sundry theories and a determination that these damages are non-dis-chargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523.
In June, 1981, Plaintiffs, having become entitled to approximately $1,000,000.00 from the sale of a family business, were referred to Robert L. Wade, the Debtor, and a Mr. Schwartz by their estate planning attorney. Schwartz and Wade were supposed to be financial planners and ad-visors.
