This is a construction proceeding to determine the legal effect and scope of the ninth paragraph of the last will and testament of Alveretta Falvey which Avas admitted to probate without contest by this court December 14, 1956. Letters testamentary thereupon were issued on the same date to petitioner, Norma Winifred McGrath, the executrix named in said will. The Attorney-General has made a motion for compulsory accounting, on which decision has been reserved.
