This suit was originally brought by the plaintiff, W. T. Jones and Company, Incorporated (hereinafter called the Plaintiff), in the Circuit Court of Campbell County, Virginia, to enforce a mechanic’s lien on certain property in that county owned by the defendant Foodco Realty, Inc. (hereinafter called Foodco).
