—It was made to appear in this Court by petition that Thomas E. Grady was being unlawfully detained and deprived- of his liberty by D. C. Coleman, as Sheriff of Dade County, Florida. On the 23rd day of April, 1938, this Court, through Mr. Justice Terrell, issued a writ of habeas corpus directed to the Sheriff of Dade County, Florida, and requiring that he produce the body of the petitioner in this Court, together with the cause, or causes, of detention.
