This dispute arises out of an alleged confrontation between Plaintiff Marquincy *820Teague and Defendant Chicago Police Officer Travis Armstead in the lock-up area of a ■ Chicago police station. According to Teague, he was standing in the lock-up area when Officer Armstead struck him from behind without provocation, causing Teague to hit his head on the floor and black out.
