Appeal from Marion District Court. The defendant was indicted for tbe crime of seduction. A demurrer to the indictment, and also a motion to set aside the same, were filed, and overruled by the court. Plea of not guilty, trial by jury, and verdict of guilty. Motion in arrest of judgment, and for a new trial overruled by the court. Judgment rendered against defendant, from which he appeals. The defendant moved to set aside the indictment for the reason that it was not indorsed, “a true bill,” and signed by the foreman» of'the grand jury.

It appears that James T. Thornburg was appointed foreman of the grand jury, and that the indictment was indorsed, “a true bill,” and signed by “ J. T. Thornburg, Foreman.” When .an indictment is found it must be indorsed, “ a true bill,” and this indorsement must be signed by the foreman of the grand jury. Section 2910 of the Code.
