BRADY, Justice.

Appellant, Hildegarde Fajkus, appeals from a take-nothing judgment rendered in favor of appellee, First National Bank of Giddings. Appellant sued the bank attempting to set aside a land foreclosure by the bank. The jury found that appellant had a rural homestead in the property and that the land was joint-management, community property of appellant and her late husband, V.R. Fajkus. Upon motion of appellee, the trial court set aside both findings, rendered a judgment non obstante verdicto (n.o.v.) against appellant, and awarded $57,000.00 in attorney’s fees to the bank.
