This is an appeal by transcript from a judgment, of the county court of Pontotoc county, Okla. Suit was instituted in the justice of the peace court and carried to the county court by appeal, where judgment on the pleadings was rendered in favor of the defendant in error, plaintiff below. The parties will be referred to as they appeared below.
