Plaintiffs suing on health care liability claims must serve each defendant with an expert report meeting the requirements of the Texas Medical Liability Act (“TMLA” or “the Act”) 1 or face dismissal of their claims. We recently held that an expert report satisfying the requirements of the TMLA as to a defendant, even if it addresses only one theory of liability alleged against that defendant, is sufficient for the entire suit to proceed against the defendant.
