This is an appeal by plaintiff in two cases arising out of an accident where an automobile owned and driven by defendant struck and seriously injured plaintiff's daughter, Gertrude Dasovich. In each case, at the conclusion of testimony for plaintiff, a verdict for defendant was directed on the ground that plaintiff's daughter, who was a minor, was guilty of contributory negligence as a matter of law.
