This matter is before this court upon the appeal of the Estate of Anne R. Keeler (“appellant”) from the September 1, 1995 decision and entry of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, wherein the court found that the estate owes interest in the amount of $3,866.44.

The facts of this case are as follows: The decedent, Anne R. Keeler, died on April 6, 1983. The administration of her estate began on April 11, 1983 and terminated with the filing of the seventh, final, and distributive account (“fiduciary’s account”) on July 19, 1991. The Ohio tax return was…
