Evans v. Thompson

*161Angela I. Evans (Evans), assistant secretary of El Toro. Mexican Restaurants, Inc., petitioned the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission (the Commission) for a mini bottle license. The Commission denied the application. On appeal to the circuit court, the order of the Commission was reversed and the Commission was directed to issue the license. The Commission appeals. We affirm.
