*234Judgments of the Supreme Court, New York County (Frederic Berman, J.), rendered on February 10, 1989, convicting each defendant, following a plea of guilty, of grand larceny in the second degree and sentencing Alonzo to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from 1% to 5 years and Carrasco to an indeterminate term of from 2 to 6 years, are unanimously modified on the law, the sentences vacated and the matter remanded for a hearing pursuant to the court’s promise, and otherwise affirmed.
