This is a case where adjoining owners of residential properties in Camden are in dispute as to the use of a driveway situated between their residences. The record indicates that the dispute has not thus far affected the neighborly relationship of the parties. The record also indicates that the positions urged by the parties have been taken in good faith, the aid of the courts being invoked to set the dispute at rest.
