This is an appeal from an order denying application for a writ of habeas corpus. ' Petitioner was convicted in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia of' fraudulent use'of the mails and was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the District of Columbia Reformatory at Lorton, Virginia. The judgment was affirmed on appeal. Bozell v. United States, 85 U.S.App.D.C. 420, 174 F.2d 672, certiorari denied 341 U.S. 927, 71 S.Ct. 792, 95 L.Ed. 1358 rehearing denied 341 U.S. 957, 71 S.Ct. 1003, 95 L.Ed. 1377.
